Why JST BREATHE?

Just breath came into manifestation because of a desire to bring a little of home with me wherever I go. With traveling so often and being a full time student and working on various other creative ventures. The need to create a routine that would remind me of home so that I could stay productive even while being in a place foreign to me.

For me, scents hold a lot of nostalgic value and bring about a feeling of peace to any environment and studies show that they are ways to ease anxiety. So I partnered with a friend who already had a candle brand by the name of Jst Breathe and it aligned perfectly with the ideals of the LOA brand. 

LOA's mission is to fill life with all things that promote A positive mental health lifestyle and studies show that in moments of stress when one can take A moment and "Jst breathe" before letting outside stimulus cause you to react. You are literally calming the mind and body so that you think more clearly before letting your emotions run array and have control over you. Jst Breathe is A reminder that you are always in control and one way to affirm that is to remember in times of perceived stress, to take a moment, have A deep breath in and out to Jst Breathe.
